Located in area is known as Gozsdu Udvar, the refugee girl street art was inaugurated on World Refugee Day 2014, in collaboration with the UNHCR. Embodying the ethos of creativity with a conscience, it depicts a young refugee girl. When you look at the mural her hypnotic eyes tell the story of suffering and misery, the plight of millions displaced from their homes. Walking past here is always a reminder of how blessed we actually are when compared to the hardship that millions around the world face. It was very recenlty repainted aswell.
