Monument to the Great Fire of London

The great fire of 1666 was one of the most devastating disasters that London has ever experienced. The raving fire ripped through 437 acres of the city, destroying the houses of hundreds and thousands. This memorial serves as a reminder of these dark times and is one of the cheapest and in my opinion, a totally underrated attraction. For £4.50 you can get entry, climb up the stairs and experience one of the most breathtaking views in London.
