Fabrique is my go-to place to stop at for a bite whenever I’m strolling through the Hoxton area. Using the famous stone oven techniques from Sweden, this spot does some of the best-baked bread and treats in London. They have four other branches, but this one is the coolest. Set under some railway arches, with the baking process visible and the smell of freshly baked goods permeating the air around. They do have seating, but it’s quite limited and fills fast, so I always get a takeout. My preferred pick is a few of their cinnamon buns, a coffee to go, and a loaf of their sourdough bread for making sandwiches at home.
