Circolo Popolare is an upscale eatery located in the heart of Fitzrovia, that does arguably some of the best Italian food around. A stone’s throw away from Tottenham Court Road, this spot’s popularity quickly soared since opening and is usually packed. So I’d advise booking in advance, especially if you’re in a group. Once inside, you’ll be amazed by the decadence of the decor. The dining room is packed with plants, bright lights and over 20,000 bottles of booze. Slightly OTT, but adding to this spots unique aura. If that wasn’t enough, then check out the menu which is packed full of rustic Italian, more specifically from Sicily. It’s a great spot at all times of the day, but I’d recommend popping down for brunch to get the Full English done the Italian way. Although slightly pricy, the food, service and dining experience here is fantastic.
