Brick Lane

Brick Lane is a vibrant melting pot of cultures, littered with quirky shops, shops and south Asian restaurants. The area is famous for being the epicentre of East London’s Bengali community, which is why the street names are found in both English and Bengali. However, the stand out thing for me is the street art, with the walls that line the walkways plastered with colourful murals that add a bit of flavour to the bare brick walls. It’s one of those neighbourhoods that reflects multi-cultural London and is totally worth checking out if you’re in town.
