Go climb the famous stairs of plaka and follow the road leading to Anafiotika, paying close attention to this intriguing architectural district in the shadows of the Acropolis. You might come across a couple of cats along the way, as there are plenty scattered over the city, but this one that I am talking about is a special one. The creator is French street artist Oré, who started painting graffiti in 1989 and has now left his mark in over 40 cities around the world. Greece has been a big inspiration for him and it is one of the locations where a lot of his work can be found. There are more than one of his famous “black cats” sitting around, presumably enjoying the view, so see how many you can spot.
